Returns Policy

Return / Exchange Website:

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a product purchase price refund.  
Returns can be requested with our returns website. Original shipping is not refundable. Oversized items like canopies, rescue boards, and trailers are not eligible for returns. Outlet/Clearance products may have return restrictions. Please see the product description for more details. 

USA Orders- Refund or Exchange requests are eligible for (1) pre-paid return shipping label due to a size or fit issue. Other return types can be mailed back to our warehouse by the customer with a mail carrier of their choice at their expense. Pre-paid labels are not provided if multiple sizes are purchased for the purpose of trying fit. A pre-paid label is not provided if a second exchange is requested.  We will also provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Exchanges (USA Only)- We will send one (1) exchange size to a USA address at no additional shipping cost, if an exchange is requested for a paid-in-full order (does not apply to event gift card or store credit orders). 

International Orders - Refund or Exchange products can be mailed back to our warehouse by the customer with a mail carrier of their choice. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. Exchange shipping will also be at customer's expense. 

Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Must be received in original condition with original packaging and labels. Products that have been used, washed, or are damaged in any other way such as pet hair or smoke exposure are not eligible for a refund. Returns with make-up or other stains that are cleanable will be charged a 15-25% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These delivery estimates are subject to change. We
cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
